We like to say that the prefecture brewery is a canteen café. Many regulars come here almost every lunchtime to taste our homemade dish of the day. It is not uncommon to see the tables complete each other during the service for a relaxed, warm and gourmet moment.
DISHES OF THE DAY
The prefecture brasserie does not have a menu, the daily special changes every day according to the proposals of our suppliers. Three starters, one or two daily specials, a vegetarian plate, a grill and lots of desserts...and always traditional cuisine for inexpensive formulas and menus.
THE FORMULAS
The prefecture brasserie offers you several menus and formulas to enjoy the establishment at lunchtime during the week without breaking the bank.
On Friday evening for the aperitif dinner we offer portions from €5 and evening dishes.
The economic Saturday buffet will delight you with family or friends.
